The Club has a variety of canoes, kayaks and specialist boats as well as equipment such as paddles and buoyancy aids. As long as it is not used for personal gain, members may borrow equipment at the discretion of the committee.
 
Members are responsible for the collection and safe return of any equipment they borrow and for any loss or damage. When borrowing equipment, members should follow all BCU safety rules.
 
The cost of hiring equipment is £5.00 per day for a boat and associated kit, and £10.00 for a week. If you wish to hire equipment please contact the Equipment Officer (Nathan O'Callahan).
 
Canoeing does eventually require specialist clothing and equipment. Ask the coach running the Club trip or event about any personal clothing that may be required.
