Following the AGM last Tuesday I've come up with a date for my next Club canoeing venture on the River Severn - Friday 1 to Sunday 3 July 2016.
This weekend will be a great one for open canoes, kayaks and the family, especially as the area is rich with museums.
At the moment I plan to camp at Irongorge Campsite due to its ease of access to both Ironbridge and the River Severn. I have emailed the campsite owners to see what options are available to us with regards camping, I will confirm this when I hear back from the owners.
The venue is a bit further downstream from where we usually stay but does provide an excellent opportunity to paddle somewhere new.
